About Us

Our Story

We are athletes. We’ve felt the pain of injury and stress. We know how pain interferes with EVERYTHING we want to do.

We also have a family, and we know how important it is to have the good health that makes family fun and family connection possible.

In 2021, after a year of exhausting distance from the people we love most, we went out of town together as a family, and one of the activities we decided to do together was to go to a recovery center and try out cryo and infrared therapies.

It was great! We came away feeling relaxed and renewed, AND we felt a closer connection to the people we shared the experience with.

We came home with a deep desire to bring these new and exciting technologies to the Uintah Basin. We want the people in our community to experience the healing, relaxation, and connection we felt when we experienced infrared and cryo therapies for the first time. Our hope is that the health benefits our recovery center has to offer will help our friends and neighbors find relief from pain, chronic illness, stress, and injury so that they can live their lives to the fullest.
